Cancellation Policy

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorised partners.
• Payment will be made on the day of the tour, in person.

• Minimum age: e.g. 14 years old
• Participants must be in suitable physical condition to ride an e-bike for the duration of the tour.
• Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

• Helmets are mandatory and provided.
• All participants must follow the guide’s instructions and comply with road safety rules.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or displaying inappropriate behaviour.

• Participation in our tours is at the client’s own risk.
• All participants should be aware that, despite the safety measures in place, the activity involves riding on public roads, trails and natural terrain, which may include risks such as falls, accidents or unpredictable conditions.

• E-Bike Sintra Cascais Tours is not responsible for any personal injuries, material damage or losses that may occur during the tour, unless caused by gross negligence on our part, such as technical faults or failure to provide essential safety information.

We emphasise that:

• All participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times;

• Wearing the helmet provided is mandatory;

• All equipment is checked and maintained regularly to ensure it is in good working condition before each tour. By making a booking, the customer automatically accepts these terms and conditions.

• Customers are responsible for the e-bike and equipment provided throughout the tour.
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair charges.

• Tours operate in light rain.
• In cases of severe weather, rescheduling will be offered.

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the tour.
